No laughs here. Personally, I don't believe we've had past lives but I understand your concern about repeating our mistakes. If I had my life to do over again, and I had the awareness of how I lived it the first time I honestly don't think I'd do very many things differently. Now I'm not saying my life is perfect or that I've done a fabulous job living it, just that the choices I've made along the way seemed like the wisest at the time, and have led me to the place I am now. I believe I am meant to be here, now. If I'd done things differently, who knows if I'd even be alive? Or if I would be living a miserable existence?
I'm not rich, or movie-star beautiful, or famous, but I am very happy....mainly because I choose to be. We follow paths which we are meant to follow. Choices are placed before us by whatever entity (God or fate or kismet...whatever we choose to call it) for reasons we cannot fathom. Bottom line, we cannot break our cosmic bonds. We are who we are, no matter how hard we try to change. We would make the same choices or mistakes no matter in which life we are living....because that's who WE are.

Have a past life regression...I had one done several years ago. It is done under hypnosis.
It was an experience...it only confirms who you are today...the things you like, the people in your life, they have all been there before. My ex-wife was in mine. I believe we keep coming back until we get it right, or accomplish what we are here to do. That is where the repeating comes into play.
A book you might read is "Many Lives. Many Master's" by Brian Weiss. Also you might read "Beyond the Light" by Betty Beatty. It is about a lady's near death experience that I believe to be an accurate description of the path our soul partakes. Hope this helps...RB

It's no more a miracle to be born once then it is twice.
Anyone who doesn't believe in existing twice should question why they even exist once. I'm not sure how they make logical sense of it but whatever. Ignorance is bliss.
As for your question, I do not know - I do not know if one can recall a past life. It would bring to light why some people are automatically gifted at a task without effort, though.
Meditation would be one huge tool, though.

It is very difficult to believe in reincarnation,
some religions teach people about that,
but most likely reincarnation is nothing
but a refusal to accept life as an
interruption on a plesantfull non existence.
In any case this is just my opinion

You are not suppose to figure that out, or know about your past life. That is the way it is suppose to be - so that you can live your current life with no consequences from the past life. You start off with a clean slate. But past lives do impact your current life still.
