if you were to have simply googled "brookstone digital photo keychain mac," you would have found the following website:
http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/brookstone-digital-photo-keychain-c37462.html
go down to the first comment, and click on the link provided. that will allow your mac to work with the keychain.

Don't listen to anybody at the Brookstone stores or family members, etc. The answer is SUUUUPER simple! Just plug in the cord to your computer (USB port) and the other side to the keychain. Voila! Program installs!

No need for the CD unless you have a MAC. I went through the same thing, no one would help me, even copied the content to another standard sized CD and that didn't work either. Called the Brookstone headquarters and guess what... found out that if you have Windows, no CD necessary!

Have fun!

I've got a Macbook Pro, and I believe you cant put those little cds in them. So, you'll have to find a PC and put it in that. You could take those files and put them on a flash drive, then add those files to your Mac and see if that works. If they are .exe files, it probably won't work. My brother works at a Brookstone here in Ohio, and he says your product is most likely not Mac compatible. You're not doing anything wrong, you just got to use a PC.

A good thing you can do is attending a comprehensive photography course. If you can't afford it there are many online courses available.

I recommend this great web site: http://learnphotography.toptips.org

It has very well made and explained video lessons that will help you a lot.

there is a second circle in all cd players I have ever seen to accommodate that size CD. every mfg is using it - well a lot - so I believe ANY reader will take it - BUT it is a MAC and I haven't noticed one of those
