I would suggest concentrating on going low sodium. It is a healthy way of losing weight. The other benefit is that most low sodium foods are generally lower in calories and fat without being lower in nutritional value.

80 pounds is pretty impressive. The first 5 or 10 are usually easy (water loss), the rest require some work, and the last 10 or so are the hardest.

Don't go for weight, go for look. You can and should be exercising a lot at this point, if you can, and remember that muscle - which you're developing - weighs more than fat. Muscle is good, though, because it BURNS fat. So you can get in shape without losing weight because you're building muscle. And how do you know 15 pounds less is where you should be? Maybe you're where you should be right now. Concentrate on getting into shape and all the rest will take care of itself.

Eat right, exercise well, you can get there.

to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.

Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil or margarine and a fruit.

Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.

no eating after 7pm !!

do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.

Try this for 3 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.

P.S.
American Whey protein is also good for a replacement meal.
Good taste and goes down smoothly.
Been taking it for 5 yrs now.

Good luck:

Chances are you have "plateaued" because your diet has not only consumed fat but a large part of muscle.

Losing muscle means your metabolism drops...

So here you go, start with light dumb bells and start building muscle. REMEMBER THIS: One pound of muscle has to "eat" four pounds of fat to survive
