Have you ever felt like this?
I feel like until now, I've been living in sin. I was never exactly a horrible person but the little things I did that I thought were harmless, were acts of the devil. I believed in God, and prayed so I thought that justified everything I did when really, the devil was winning all along. Evil- kept with me with an ex of mine who was no good for me or my son, (which I knew but stayed & made excuses) it kept me having sex before marriage, portraying negative energy when I could have been more positive etc.
I've always believed in God but now, I see the world so much more clearer...I no longer judge those who I feel are living in sin because in order for a change, they need prayer, not judgment (unless its from God)… I’m more easily able to decipher right and wrong in God’s eyes….and I want to try harder to live by that.
Atheist, no need for your answers or disrespect or rude comments. I don’t criticize your beliefs when you ask questions!

(Things became clearer after I began to evaluate my own experiences and my own ''self'' – the way I chose to live my life, the people I associated with and how they affect me and my son, etc. Also, I met someone who is very in tune with Jesus and in fact, (although he can’t compare), reminds me of Him. I never met such a positive & religious person in my life. He has a similar mind frame to Jesus and to meet someone like that caused a dramatic change in my life. People try to live like that but he actually does - not exactly but its so close that its scary and gives hope at the same time lol)

Yes, they were my actions and I do take responsibility. However, the actions I made were making the devil smile.

Am glad for you. It shows ur a true believer. God arranged for you to meet this person. When Elijah felt he was the only one living right in Israel, God told him there were 7000 others. Do not follow the majority. We are called to holiness politically right or wrong. God bless.

The Devil is always in the Details. Many of us sin every day without realizing we are acting by virtue of Satan and denying God. It takes close examination of the details of our everyday lives to determine if we are living a Christ-like existance, or one closer to the devil.
Even good Christians have been decieved, and will continue to be until the end of time. Even the elect among us will be decieved. This is what the devil exists for. He puts evil in our hearts and convinces us that it is good, or at least not sin.
To Satan, the Prodigal son would be the first person he would try to corrupt, and turn against his father. The Devil targets the good, and continually supports the bad.
And we shouldn't pretend to know what is in someone's heart. Just look at the BTK killer-the head of the congregation in his church and on the front page of the church website. They say he never missed a Sunday in 20 years. Satan loves nothing more than to mock God, and this was the ultimate mockery.

Yes. But the acts were yours, not the devil. He merely packages them as expedient. You and others are getting closer to going home and you do not need to carry on pretending. Christ alone is perfect. It is best to admit that we lie to ourselves, do not blame the devil as he merely whispers the idea of sin being "ok" - and we alone act on it. That is why the Boble says "resist the devil and he will flee" - we look to the Temptation in the Wilderness. Jesus used Scripture as a defensive weapon and a shield. No, we can't judge - God alone can because He reads the heart and we can't. We can test the fruits of the person's life and keep away or be wary or love them. God has blessed me by removing the need to judge - He has done the same for you. As you are more honest with Him you can move closer to Him and so experience His pure Agape love - then you can share this with others. We are ALL sinners and God does not grade sin - we tend to. We think the sins we commit are less important than the bad people down the road. I have started on this path 18 months ago - I did not look for it I was taken there.. Yes - they need prayer - we do too. Pray like you never have before - as Paul says Pray without ceasing. When he (or she) comes to your mind, pray for them. It is powerful, cleansing and healing. Bless you.

I commend you for your self discovery. Many people live entire lives without even looking.
Now you search for the way to Jesus and his Father. This also is a very worthy goal and can be met.
I would offer council to avoid making people into something they are not. Psalms 146:4 tells us to not put our trust in kings or earthling man because there is no salvation from them. As imperfect humans, they will let you down despite their best efforts.
Also now you must find the way God approves to worship Him. Of course it is through Jesus, but going further, of the 1,000s of religions claiming to worship Jesus, there is only one way They approve. All through the Bible, God demands obedience from His people and He will reward those.
The true religion would follow closely the way the Bible teaches. Compare the religions with the Bible. If they do not follow it, leave! Do not waste any more time with them.

I observed a guy run around the floor of a pool full of a non-Newtonian fluid hence God is real, and likewise the soul is an invisible organ in the human physique that's teleported to one in all 2 parallel universes, the two heaven or hell as quickly as we die.

I wasn't going to answer to this, but you mentioned that you don't "criticize your beliefs", which is insulting as we do not believe, please try to understand this, as "belief" in your god is not the natural state of man.
As to your question, Paul talks about this by saying "I do what I know is not right" (slightly paraphrased). In my personal experience, I have found that it is much easier to assume personal responsibility for my actions. Best of luck to you.
