Im a athlectic person what make you breathe the hardest is running around the track 2 times unless your athlectic like i am ,ive seen alot of girls at my school who could hardly do two.

If you are out of shape and just starting out they all are going to seem like they are killing you. Swimming is the best exercise because it is easier on the joints, and excellent for the heart and lungs.
