Drinking a lot of water does help, it fills your stomach so you don't get hungry all the time, and it helps for some reason to burn calories, I heard a dietician explain why but I can't remember.

Hi

Yes....avoiding coke and drinking water will definitely help you to lose/maintain some weight. I personally have lost nearly 30 lbs by using Herbalife products (9 years ago) and still maintain it after giving birth to two children (Laura 7, Adam 4). I am still taking the product to maintain my health and my weight.

There is a specific product called Total Control that helps with suppressing appetite and burns body fat.

Well, you don't necessarily have to exercise that much. It's good that you're drinking a lot more water, but it's also important to have a balanced meal. I suggest you eat about 4-6 meals a day; the meals should be about the size of your fist. By eating in smaller portions, it can help boost your metabolism.

I also reccomend you eat breakfast since that's how you get a jumpstart to your day. This way, you'll be burning off the calories throughout your day as opposed to eating a few hours before you sleep. There's a lot more information below at the given site.

Use the MyPyramid plan to eat right. You get to eat a lot of food.. the only downside is you have to count your servings and eat some vegetables.

Sometimes it's good to drink water because your stomach can't tell if it's hungry or thirsty. Drinking water whenever you're hungry isn't a good plan, though.

I'm using the MyPyramid plan, and I barely drink any water because I drink about 3 cups of milk a day, and a cup of fruit juice. I really don't get that thirsty. I have about one glass of water a day (on top of all that other stuff.)

Try switching to diet coke if you still desire to drink pop throughout the day. Often pop is loaded with calories, therefore making you gain weight. By switching to water or diet pop you'll be reducing your calorie intake. Every calorie helps. Also, drinking ice water helps promote calorie burning as it takes roughly 24 calories for your body to warm up a glass of water once you drink it.

to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.

Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil or margarine and a fruit.

Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.

no eating after 7pm !!

do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.

Try this for 2 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.

Yeah, you'll lose a little weight because you're not having all the sugar which is a lot of calories but it's always good to do some exercise like walking.

Yes! The fact that you have stopped drinking cokes and replaced them with water should help a lot!
