As a manager, how should I deal with the fact that female staff are less intelligent, without appearing sexist

You are sexist for saying the female staff are less intelligent, and also less intelligent yourself.Firstly you must be daft to ask such a question and secondly after you ask a question you put a question mark at the end of the sentence smarty pants !
Maybe the female staff are not actually less intelligent, maybe they just don't like you,they have probably got a nice plan where they do substandard work and you get a rocket up your rear end off your boss.
I hope it works.
P.S if you are so clever why haven't you got the brains to answer your own question, it isn't a hard one to work out.
If women are daft why can they multitask ?( do more than one thing at once that means if you have not got your dictionary handy)

LOL, now that I am through laughing at the beating you are taking on this...
1) You can't do anything. It will be discrimination
2) who hired them? if it is not you. Then maybe you can take up this topic with the person that did.
3) Opening up a whole can of worms. How did you determine that they were less intelligent without violating any of several federal laws that come to mind? let alone the local ones?
Because just your opinion will get you and your company in a lawsuit faster than you can say yahoo....

well first off you need to ask your self if you are being sexist. by asking a question its questionable. if you feel that your answer is yes than it would be best if you drop the trying to tell them. bringing up something like this to female workers could in fact cause there to more troubles than there would be good. there really isn't a really good way to tell them that they are "less intelligent" with out sounding sexist. mainly because you are a male.

Finally, a real man on these boards! Dude, just treat them like women. Respect them but make sure they respect you more. Remember, the man runs things in a family and the workplace. A woman's role is to be supportive, not equal. Contrary to popular belief, women cannot do some things as well as men can and they also shouldn't try. They're happiest in support roles. In your workplace, make sure you let them know this. If they have a problem with it, deal with it delicately but stick with your principles. Sexism only applies if they can do the task equally. If they can't, it is NOT sexist of you to point that out.

P.S. Sometimes you may get angry and slap your wife. Only do this if she steps WAY out of line.
