Yes I've always wondered the origin of God itself. That is something that God would only reveal to those whom have great devotion to Him. It is said in the Bhagavad Gita that God is beginningless. He is both the beginning and the end. This is also said in the Bible as well. When you have something that is both the beginning and the end at the same time, the beginning and end both cease to exist. It becomes infinite like that symbol.

yes... even though I don't believe in god... I do wonder what created the big bang. there had to be something there to create all that energy.. all of those gases and atoms and elements. how can something just evolve from nothing? how can a big bang just occur? out of nowhere? was it all just black and all of a sudden there were planets and stars? it is mind boggling

edit:
ok, so matter and energy always existed in some form.. but what made the matter and energy? what was before that? how was the matter and energy made in the first place? that is the question!
no one has this answer. but it is a very good question.

The First Law of Thermodynamics implies that the matter/energy of the Universe always existed in some form.

All putting a god into the mix does is makes the god eternal instead of the matter and then has the god breaking a law of physics to make the matter. Not really an improvement.

I think the big bang, natural forces like gravity and natural selection created everything, but i don't know what created the Big Bang.

I believe that there is no diety with control over us, of influences our world directly, or even made our world, there is so much evidence for how everything was naturally made. But what started it all off?

Sure, I think about it all the time. God, I think came into existence from the quantum foam that makes up the Metaverse. He is potential realized. Astroids? They're just big rocks or big collections of rocks. Nothing too mysterious about them.

Big bang however big it is cant cover the universe, because universe is unlimited, so big bang theory cant explain creation, it is a localised phenomenon like a bomb exploding lol.
Neither you nor God are created. You are an aspect of him. Everything is a manifestation of him. Ego is like a bubble in the ocean which creates the illuion of different identity when infact it is the same essence of the ocean.
Suppose God created everything a million, maybe 2 maybe even a billion years back. But since he is eternal there must have been an eternal amount of time before he created it?
What made him wait for eternity to create it? besides it shows that God has flaw.
The fact is universe has always existed and is an aspect of him.
Although the universe seems unlimited and there is multiplicity, it is in him nonetheless (like an atom)
Everything must have come from God, because if god created universe from something it means something other than god exists? which will cause confusion of does someone equal to god exist or who created God.
God is the very life of life.Ego makes us seperate because we focus on the body: just as everything in dream is part of mind, everything in reality is part of him. There is no limit to his glory.
Why did God manifest? Because all knowing=knowing nothing. If you knew everything and could do everything instantly would it be meaningful.
God is experiencing growth through you. He is the master of illusion. Believe it or not, but God feels joy in pretending to be limited(offcourse nothing can limit him is another question) I am in you and you are in me, infact the universe is in us. Universe is constantly changing form..so life is an experience , a situation to be faced and an opportunity.
He is not in time and space: he is the supersoul: he just is. All consciousness :me, you, everything is an emanation from him.
Just as we have thoughts from mind and experience life through physical senses , life is an emanation from him. Is thought in space? where is dream , imagine the genius of God..how he must have manifested the universe (spaceless , timeless)
There is no work that binds him nor is he influenced by any action. Think hard and realize : how can worship or following certain things make god happy? is he so insecure or dependent on what you do? nope. He is unchangeable , infallible and in state of bliss: his state of mind is not dependent on the idiots (most of us maybe me and you too) here lol. Imagine yourself to be god getting pissed on all the wrongdoings of trillions of creatures.
Bliss: reality :: reality : dream
The only way to attain bliss is to have a state of mind that is not dependent on what happens externally (like god). When you have made God the ultimate aim, religion, nationality, belongings dont mean a thing to you. Infact religion= seperation from God which is made to manipulate the masses. You cant be close to God and also follow a religion because that is a material identity. Your spiritual identity to God is eternal and unchangeable and trivial localized things like religion have no meaning. There are unlimited universes just like ours and in every planet and every galaxy which is in a particular universe there must be a unique religion.
If God is eternal he cant die. If we have an eternal afterlife we couldnt have been born cause it contradicts eternality. That which is eternal cannot be born or have an end. So we must have existed since eternity:wheres the question of creation?
Heaven, hell is completely man made and i am as sure of that as people are of having a mother.
Hope that answers lot of questions lol
Read Reincarnation: The missing link in Christianity by elizabeth Clare. . Emperor Justinian murdered two popes and deleted the concept of Reincarnation in 533 ad.
To the girl above me. Using your mind is not a sin. The real sin is commited by religious people who are manipulating the masses by twisting the original teachings of religion(all religions have a divine inspiration but everythin cant be taken literally because interpretation varies. Get over fear of hell/punishment , God does not judge. It is nature and your own actions. Just because some people dont know answers, they will ask other people to believe anything they say(which makes no sense) or induce fear that asking questions is sin.
Human beings are capable of divinity and reaching the supreme. If not it aint my fault god, its your, lol are you listening.
Sometimes people are confused why Christ = God and both are same. I think Christ is conscious of God and God is conscious of Christ. When two people feel each other are they different or are they same? time and space is an illusion, when you overcome it, you will be universally conscious, most people cannot understand the teachings and go against other religion which is actually against the teachings of their own religion.

Yes I have felt that approach for years. I do have social anxiousness. I don't consider comfy in big crowds. I am now not a social gathering animal however I generally desire that I might simply permit move and feature amusing. I have learned over time that I have got to be capable to "attach' folks to have amusing. I want initially to love then moderately after which to consider comfy round them. I am customarily uncomfortable round a host of strangers. ONe on one I do beautiful well despite the fact that. I do love to bounce despite the fact that. I like to 2 step and within the field in which I reside we have now three or four 'dances' inside 50 miles of right here in which folks acquire to bounce. They are household orientated, no ingesting allowed and relatively laid again. I went there for yrs and handiest acquired to grasp a handful of folks. I wager that I am very choosy in who I grasp with.

I am a Christian too, and many Christians would call this sacrilege, but I believe what we call God could be another specie of lifeforms just as we are.

The OT was written in Hebrew. The Hebrew never once says "God". It says "Elohim" which in my understanding is a superior race.

No one created God. God has no beginning and he will have no end. I know that is hard to grasp, because as humans everything we know has a beginning, but we only use about 10% of our brains, so that kind of explains why we can't grasp that.

The power of infinity is hard to comprehend, but it makes sense.

Mentioned in in your math course: how long does infinity go on for? Forever, right? Where was the start? It would make no sense if infinity "started" somewhere. God is infinite, and out of time, space, mass, etc. He's powerful, alright.
