how can i conect my ps3 to my pc ... to access files such as music and videos......preferably through my home internet network, as both are conected to the wireless network

Via Media Server function. You'll need a router for that. If your PC and PS3 are on the same router you can download program from www.tversity.com and this will allow you to stream media from PC to PS3 without downloading it. Windows Media Player 11 and the latest Winamp work too, but the program I've listed is much better.
