i tould the guy that i like that i really like him and wanted to go out with him and he said that he doesnt know me enough. some of my frinds say that he might not be able to date. my other frinds say that i should talk to him more what do you think it means?

Well why don't you stay mates with him i think that was just a freindly way of saying that he doesn't really like you.

It means he doesn't want to go out with you. If it is just because he doesn't know you well enough, let him come to you to further the friendship. Be friendly but not pushy.
