i have not had the best eating habits the last few years. i am 28 and am staring to think about my health for the future. i have no current health issues and am of normal weight. i don't eat fruits and veges and not much else healthy. i just want to know if i start fresh with proper eating and exercise, etc, is it possible to erase all this and be "healthy"?

yes its possible, just start eating better and being more healthy. things will work out over time
