My teenaged son drinks it all the time. He just had his 4th or 5th mug full.
It's filled with added vitamins and minerals....and you need to use so much of the stuff to make it.
Heck, I like it too !

Because it's delicious and added to milk a great nightcap. I have enjoyed it for over 60 years now. I'm not teetotal but I do love Ovaltine. Always in my pantry.
Probably fills me up quickly because I usually have it at the end of the day, I'm not hungry but I want something tasty.

Maybe it depends on the person. Chocolate milk in general is filling.

It is glorified Slim-fast.... but damnit that s***t is good! Honestly I am not sure why. But if you have some I would be so grateful if you shared. *Nudges glass over with a $5 inside*

1-milk is filling
2-chocolate is filling
3-chocolate has indorfins-that fills you up and makes you feel so good
