Try checking with the airlines themselves who fly that route. You might get lucky as they may have those last few seats and wanting to fill them up. Then when you know the flights, times etc you can go to your bucket shops online and try to get one cheap there. Finding one this late date before Christmas....well you are going to need one of those Christmas Miracles. I hope you find it!
Only other alternative is to go to the airport on the day and see if there are any seats not taken...risky and probably not going to work but hey...last chance try and all. Good luck!
