Yes, anything will freeze. Wine freezes pretty easily due to the water content. There's water in the grapes and water added at certain times.

Now, a bottle of alcohol won't freeze in your freezer because your freezer only cools just so low. It's still a great place to keep it. My rum does not melt the ice when I make a cuba libre.

Anything will freeze. Alcohol will lower the freezing point of a liquid, but wines don't have that much alcohol, compared to hard liquer. So, given a low enough temperature, any wine will freeze.

Any wine will freeze at a low enough temperature.

The wines with more alcohol % will freeze at a lower temperature than those with not as much alcohol %.
