Respect the fact that she already has plans and do something else for New Years. Make a rain check with her though and spend a great time with her when you get the chance.

Get over it and ask some friend to do something with you instead, its not worth it making new year gloomy just because your girlfriend is busy, enjoy it still just with someone else. Good Luck.
