one penny added on for? what the hell was he thinking? i feel bad for the kids. what is the thought on the one penny?
just trying to figure it out.

That is odd. What an a**. I guess he wanted to say " I sent the kids over 100.00 dollars for christmas".

You should be glad that he at least sent something. Some dad's aren't even in their children's lives let alone send any money at all. The one cent might have been for you. I would ask him why it was one cent over the $100. It also could mean that his math is VERY poor.

Maybe so it would divide evenly. You got more money for Christmas than my dad gives my family in a whole month.

first you need to ask him about it. there is an underlying issue here. $100 is not a lot of money for three kids for anyhing let alone for Xmas.
