My boyfriend said everybody is getting him presents this Christmas but he doesn't want that. He said he didnt ask for anything so he doesn't want anything. He said all he want is money not stupid gifts. He said this after I told him i got him something. I AM CONSIDERING TAKING BACK WHAT I BOUGHT because I don't think he would appreciate it..WHAT SHOULD I DO?

i would take it back...i wouldn't get him anything..no money or anything. sounds like an ungrateful brat

No one should ask for money in lieu of gifts, it is lacking in class. It isn't very thoughtful to give money either (or even those ubiquitous gift cards). Giving a gift shows you thought about someone and gave careful consideration to what they like, it shows you made time to go to the trouble. Take the item back if you think he won't like it, you could also just write a poem or give him a "gift certificate" for something thoughtful...like one car wash that you would do. He sounds like a humbug so he probably won't notice if you don't give him a thing, and I hope you don't expect much from him.

DON'T. give it too him, if he thinks it stupid hes a jerk, buying something takes more than just giving money. If he is a good bf he will like it just because you got it for him, if he doesn't hes not worth your time. Good Luck and best wishes.

Well, if you think he'll really like the gift, then go for it. He'll probably feel bad for a bit, but that's all.
But if it's a gift you don't think he'll like a lot, then you should probaly take it back.
