Is Halloween bad now!? I missed that memo. I thought it was Harry Potter or is it still? Anyway, I celebrate for the presents.

Commericalism and time off from work, and it happens around the shortest days of the year (winter solstice) and the bright lights scare the demons aways so the days start to get longer, and the yule log keeps spirits away and faries and such as it burns...wait, thats all the old pagan stuff!

Oh, yeah. it has to do with the magic kid, Jessie and the immortals...andf the three wise guys...or was that the three stooges......no, that's not right.

Aw, man, it's because they see all those old movies on TV and that Bing Crosby dude singing about a White Christmas and the the store have big sales and you know, I thnk they spiked the egg nog...I really do!

Oy vey. Some Christians choose not to celebrate Halloween because of pagan overtones. Some Non Christians celebrate Christmas because of its Pagan roots.

Read up on it and become enlightened to the true meaning of Christmas.

Those Christians who avoid Halloween apparently believe that Satan is as powerful as God. Non-Christians are not averse to celebrating what they may regard as imaginary holidays, as long as the celebrating is real.

because the christians who don't celebrate halloween believe it is a holiday celebrating Satan or the birth of his "Antichrist". non-christians who do celebrate christmas are willing o accept the fact that Christ was a person at one time, and that celebrating Christmas is basically like celebrating someones birthday.

Most christians do celebrate hawloween

But if you don't believe in Christ why celebrate christmas?

Family time, satisfy the natural urge to help others, time off work, give and recieve gifts, and so on

Christmas was originally a celebration of winter solstice and exchanging gifts. You dont have to be christian to celebrate winter solstice.

Because pagans like to party, given any excuse! They invented the best of holidays (Dec 25th, Easter (spring celebrations, etc)

Christians stole "Christmas" from non-Christians. It was originally called The Yuletide and wasn't a Christian holiday. Homework son, you best get to it.
