Neither. Just because someone is a nun, doesn't mean they're going to heaven. If they have sin in their life. Jesus said," If anyone harms one of these little ones, or causes them to stumble, it would be better if they tied a millstone around their neck, and cast themself into the sea"
The Bible says drunkards will not enter the kingdom of heaven. 1 Cor. 6:9,10

I can't be the judge, but it depends on their overall life. If the drunk, fun-loving man is taking food out of his childrens mouths for his own edification, and if the kids deserved the smack, and it makes them grow up to be smarter engineers, then I go with the nun. If it is simple meanness and control, and the drunk man does all his other earthly duties, then I go for the drunk man.

The only thing that would separate any one of the two is that one has exceptedJesus into their heart while the other has not. No matter what the person who excepted Jesus does, they will be forgiven because of their personal savior, while the other would not. The one who believes in Jesus would go to heaven and the other would not, regardless of how nice they might be. We cannot get to heaven by our works alone, but only by faith.

They both have an equal oportunity to get to heaven provided they are given the salvation plan. Beyond that, it is their acceptance or rejection of the gift Jesus offers that will determine their final destination. No man can judge their hearts.

Of 52 posts you can thumbs up only 5, pretty sad. This being a religion and spirituality forum it's hard for me to believe there are so many with no knowledge of the plan of salvation. Since we are discussing heaven, we must assume we are talking Christianity. The plan of salvation is simple
ALL have sinned and come short of the glory of God. For the wages of sin is death. Both the Nun and the drunk are in the same spiritual state, dead.
But God commendeth his love toward us in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Jesus provided the atonement for man's sin when he died on the cross.
That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you shall be saved. Recognize the price Jesus paid, repent and seek forgiveness.

Jesus said "I am the way, the truth and the life, no man comes to the father but by me".

Therefore, both the Nun and the drunk, if given the plan of salvation, have a choice to make. Once choice will get you to heaven, the other choice to hell. Make you choice.

For you atheists: "In that day, every knee shall bow, every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord". Imagine the surprise on your face with that day comes.

drunk man that gets along with people! He's the best imo because the Bible doesn't forbit being drunk. You should be nice though if you're a Christian and the nun's not ;)

i would say the drunk man. even though the nun worships god and everything, doesn't mean she's that great of a person. and plus, who said you had to not drink alcohol to go to heaven?

There is no such thing as heaven so neither the teacher or the drunk will go. Sorry to burst your bubble but that's the proof.

I don't know if I believe in heaven, so I would say the man who promotes comradery (And unfortunately alcoholism too). Always room in heaven for cool people. It just seems like hell was designed for mean folk.
