Hi
I have 2 tattoos one on the right of my tummy, which I had done when I was 16! and a massive one on the lower part of my back which was done in my early 20's.

I have to say tho that they can be covered and most people are surprised when they find out that I have tattoos as I never show them.
My Dad has lots up his arms and on his hands which he had done in the army he is 65 and now regrets them as he is now a Grandad and they can not be covered. This made me have my done where I can hide them, mine are also personal to me and something individual.

Make sure you go to somewhere which is recommended as some places are better than others.

Would I have another?.... I'm not sure as the next place would have to be my bottom! and that would be difficult to sit on after....lol

Merry Christmas

:o)

Make sure you want to get one because you're stuck with it for life. Also make sure it's something you will like even as you get older.Another good idea is to get it where you can show it off or cover it up.I have a peacock on my upper arm and a seahorse on my ankle.I waited till I was in my 30s trying to make sure of this permanent decision.Don't get one near bone because the closer to the bone, the more it hurts.

I plan to get an ecg printout of any kids I have and have it done in a ring around my leg.

Anything that's personal to you and not a fashion statement or because it looks nice is a good idea....your opinion of what looks good changes dramatically over time.

You should get a tattoo in a place where it can be covered but also where it can be seen, i.e., your back, your stomach, your upper-arm. It should be someplace where people can see it if you're in a casual atmosphere but also where if you have to dress up it can be hidden. And I'm not sure. . .I hate needles and I have a low threshold for pain. :)

I have three, one on my tummy a butterfly, one on my back a tribal design, and the letter H on my wrist. All can be covered up if i wanted to hide them for any reason. My advice is have something individual, have it somewhere you could hide it if you wanted to and have a good Christmas.!

The best choice is to NOT HAVE ONE.

They change your entire life and NOT for ther better.

The only tattoo I'd go for would be a temporary one and that would be a tiny one on my ankle.
