There is no such thing as "fulfilling" the law. This is Church nonsense.
Once you've stopped at a red light, does that mean that now the red light law has been fulfilled and nobody needs to stop at red lights any more? Not hardly.
The Church teaches that we Jews obey the law in order to be saved. This is a lie. We do not even HAVE such a concept as needing to be saved, not us nor anyone else. Again, being "saved" is a Church invention, it doesn't come from Judaism.
We follow our laws for the same reason any other culture follows their laws - to create a fair and just society for all.
Furthermore, since the law is Jewish, it is only the Jews who can legitimately define it, nobody else. And as we see with the perverted Christian teaching about what our laws are for, it is extremely necessary that Judaism define our laws, and nobody else.
This crap about following the law in order to be saved is ridiculously used by the Church to teach its followers that the Jews are not under Grace and that "good deeds don't get a person to heaven" - when in fact there is no such concept in the first place in Judaism.
Nor does a human virgin blood sacrifice for sin, created from a god and a human virgin have ANYTHING to do with the actual Jewish Messiah - this comes straight from paganism, adopted by the Church.
So to answer your question as to who is winning, the Christians or the Jews or Islam, we Jews are not trying to win a damned thing. We are just trying to practice our religion in peace and we do NOT go around trying to force others to be Jews either by force or by persuasion.
Judaism believes that all righteous people in all cultures and of all religions have a place in the World To Come. The actual way given by God on Mt. Sinai in the Torah for non-Jews find their place in the World To Come is by living the paths of the 7 Universal (Noahide) Laws. These are guidelines for living a fair, just, compasssionate life with every human being, and between mankind and God as well. Living this life creates a Righteous person, regardless of his religion or race. http://www.noahide.org

This was the Mosaic Law given to Moses. The meaning behind all those sacrifices lead up to Jesus being the Lamb of God sacrificed once for all time for the sin of Adam to ransom his perfect life to balance the scales of justice so as to buy back the human race from Adam. (Hebrews chapt.10)
We are then children of Jesus, as "adopted father" to the human race and eligible for forgiveness of sins and life. (Romans 5:12; Matt. 20:28; Is. 9:6-7)

"The law" as used in the context of that verse, means the 10 commandments and most of the Levitical law contained in the first 5 books of the Old Testement.
Jesus did fulfill the law in that He became the perfect sin offering for all mankind, which is available to everyone who sincerely repents of his sins and asks Jesus to become his/her Savior and Lord of their life.
As for your secondary question, if you read the Bible, you already know who is "winning". Jesus won the battle when He died on the cross, rose from the dead and ascended to His Father in Heaven, where He waits to return in clouds of glory.

Jesus said he did not come to change the Torah but to fulfill.
Believing in Jesus does not warrant dropping the old testament. I do not know who came up with that one. The bible is a handbook. We need all of it. Not part of it.Paul says: The Torah is good and try as I might, I cannot keep the Torah, I know I need to keep the Torah, but the sin within me is keeping me from doing so. Oh what a miserable man I am. Thank God for sending Jesus as a redeemer for my sins!

God gave men the law at our request. Men used it as a means to limit access to God. Jesus fulfilled the requirements of the law to give authority to his claim that the law never ever stood between us and God.

Yes I can. The law that is referred to here is the law in Deuteronomy 19. It has to do with murderers and how satan is handled as a murderer.
