Why do people in the ghetto think that have to act and behave in a destructive manner?

In NYC, the New York City Housing Authority buildings are absolute hellish!

Cheap rent does not mean destructive behavior or does it?

What is your view?

Good question. The cheap housing, which we now refer to as ghetto housing, was originally for people who were living on or below the poverty level. Now they seem to attract many people who's cultures and customs, are substandard to people who've been born here. These people have many children, who are allowed to run wild, with little or no parental supervision, wrecking the housing. Every so often someone, like Jesse Jackson or Fat AL Sharpton, protest, that the city must correct the problem. When the city takes action, after six months the conditions deteriorate back to where they were, and the cycle begins again.

im my opinion...the cheaper something is..the less respected it is its like the difference between a renter and a buy of a house...alot of renters will trash the house because they have no money into it so what do they care?....if they bought the house they would never do it unless they lost it due to forclosure or something of that nature then everything they have into the house slips away so they trash it
so basicly if i paid 5 bux for something i really could probly care less what i do to it especially when i see others trashing it too whereas if i were to pay 1000 bux id be watching it like a hawk
