Help Please! Okay i got a zune for an early christmas present but i cannot download the software....?

i have a windows xp 32 bit with only service pack 1 i have looked everywhere for my solution but i cant find one can someon help me maybe a website or and answer to my problem the case says all u need is windows xp or vista and a high speed connection is recommended i have all of that thank you

USE internet expolore for this

1)go to
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/sp2/default.mspx?wt_svl=20561a&mg_id=20561b

and click
Download SP2 from Microsoft Update



2)go to http://www.zune.net/en-us/products/zunesoftware/download.htm and click download.

fallow instructions form there.

I had to download an update for XP, then an update for Windows Media Player before I could get it installed.

Reading the Zune Website, they give this link as having all the updates you should need:

Once you've installed those updates retry installing the software and see where that leads you.
