Mary(blessed among all women) gave birth to the human vessel however,in biology you learn that the blood comes from the father,Christs blood, the most important part, for the life of the flesh is in the blood, was solely divine, thus God;Jesus the human vessel was not Divine when he thirsted, was tired, was scared in gethsemane,so Mary did not have a 'connection' to God but to the human side of God,thus she is not the mother of God.
