Stop worrying about it. Hopefully the Dermatologist told you to use the cream. If not, just ask her what to expect regarding the brown patch disappearing from your face.

Lasers can remove discolorations from the skin these days if the cream doesn't work.

I had a mole removed from my forehead and the brownness went away. Only thing was, that spot will now always be slightly paler than the rest of my skin. It's not noticeable, though. While you're waiting for a return to your normal skin shade, get a small container of mineral makeup (like Jane Iredale, it's the best) that matches your skin color and use a swab to cover the brown patch with it.

My friend had a mole removed on her face years ago and you cant even tell it was even there. No scar or anything. Its very clever how its done.

I am sure you will be back to normal in no time.

You should ask the Doc that removed it. It's their business to know
