I agree that the fact that there is no real evidence that any god ever existed goes some long way to proving that there was never such a being. The onus of proof is on those who think that there was a god to prove it. The evidence points the other way; the world would not be in the state it is in today if there really was a god.

Someone once said that any one life is like a "flicker of light between two vast, dark eternities."
I cannot prove to you that God (or some higher being, whatever you chose to call it) exists. However you can prove it to yourself. It is possible for you to prove it to yourself. The proof you get will be only available to you - you can't show it to someone else because the proof will be interior and experiential in nature.
My general experience is that most people are not willing to seek that kind of proof until they come to fully understand and appreciate the pointlessness of life without something more than being born and then waiting to die.
If you really want to know, and if you are willing to seek a witness, truly willing, then you might have a chance of getting a personal answer.

Psalms 19:1  ¶<> The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork
If you can't see the majesty of God all around you, you are BLIND. How do you think all this world happened? A freak accident of nature? You're pitifully in need of spiritual help. I feel sorry for you and I will be praying that God will open your spiritual eyes before it's too late for you. The fact that you exist proves God's existence

Gods existence can't be proved either way that is why there are so many Scriptures in the Bible about FAITH.

I discovered an internet term I wasn't familiar with the other day - "trolling".
Does this count as a relevant example?

You also can't proved that there is no such thing as God.
So you can't prove your point either.
