I was straightening my hair, and my hand moved up too far and hit my straightener, burning a good portion of my right hand pointer finger. I now have a big purple raised mark up the side of my finger. I can't extend my finger all the way. What can I do for the pain? I ran it under cool water, but it only helped for a minute. We don't have any aloe or burn gel. Will you kiss it?

I already have a burn on my other hand silly. I got a 3rd degree burn on my other hand a few days ago from hitting a hot pan after I made cookies. Don't worry, I went to the doctor.

do use ice get you some butter to cool down the swelling and some of the burning try not to hit it on anthing or its going to continue to hurt i mean cooking butter it really works on burns or try holding a wet towel in your hand gently queeze it until some of the pain stops it really works i hope you feel better and try to be extra careful when trying to look cute it happens but you'll be okay
