its a bit hard to say because the photo is taken from the side but she looks very pretty anyway. I would probably rate her as an 8 or 9. I think she should grow her hair, that always looks very pretty. You should try pulling faces at her and mimicking people. That always makes me laugh.

She's very beautiful and I give her a 10+++. If you want to get her to smile in her photos, then say something to make her laugh or maybe even act as if you're at a photo shoot, or even encourage her to show her pearly whites because again she looks very nice:)
