Be gentlemanly. Ever seen a chickflick?
Open doors, cardoors, pull out chairs, etc.
Pay attention when she talks. Look her in the eyes. Act confident. Compliment her.
And ask questions. It'll show you're interested, and women love to talk about themselves anyway. Once you ask a question, don't ignore the response. Ask a follow up question to show you weren't ignoring her answer.
And talk about yourself, too!
Since this is a second date, it would be appropriate to hold her hand part-way through. Some girls want to be kissed (I do!) but if you're not completely sure she wants to, don't do it. You might as well avoid kissing her anyway, to build suspense. Plus, if you're a horrible kisser, it could ruin the moment. Give her a peck on the cheek as you leave.
DONT: talk about your exs
PS. Bring her a single RED rose when you see her! It's classy

well the only thing i can think of is to kick up the conversation and keep her laughing and smilling at all times u never wont there to be adull moment. Even if u have to lie about some things just keep talking to her and she still dosnt belive that u like her mabey this an easy way of her telling u she thinks it would be better if u were just friends im sorry if u take that the wrong way im not saying that but some girls say its you when its really them well good luck and happy holidays

Apparently she's insecure and needs to realize that your feelings are genuine. What I would do is just be honest with her and remember men and women don't express their feelings in the same way. Just tell her how you feel. Do a few extra little things such as bring her a single flower, or leave a cute note on her car. This (if she's not really super needy) will show her that you do care, and there's nothing but more sweetness ahead :)

It appears that you are sabotauged your chance with this girl because you seemed to be more focused on the outcome with her than you are about having FUN with her while you were out. Its a common mistake that we (men) make. Instead of worrying about whether or not she likes you, focus on just being you. Use your sense of humor, your interests, and coversation skills to keep things fresh, light, and fun. Be attentive and make sure that she is having a blast and you will do fine next time.

I think you should just give her all of your attention. Call her all the time, go to her house and say hi, plan more dates otherwise, forget her. If you don't know what's wrong and she won't tell you, this isn't a healthy relationship

Show her your affection. Buy her something like jewelry, something that she likes. Try telling her again, tell her how you feel, smile, make some laughs, the works. I'd also try talking to your friend to see what your friend would advise. Your friend probably knows her better than you. Hope that answers your question! Merry Xmas :)

She probably is thinking of someone else-- thats probably why shes denying it... or she is afraid or not ready to be in a relationship after one date...
Try asking her out on another date doing something different..

Bring her candy, flowers.
Or just ask her out on another date so she really knows you like her.

okay
bring her roses. girls love roses, always and forever (unless she's allergic, bring her something else, other flowers)
tell her that you've really fallen for her
tell her that you think that you two are perfect for her
talk to her a lot, nice tones, like you would to anybody, that smitten voice stuff sounds way fake because it is
at the end of the "date" tell her you can't wait to see her again and make plans for a new one
also, if it comes to that, tell you are for real and you are truly interested in her.
