Like, if your on the train or something, and you see this guy/girl you really like and like, your really like "wow she/he's really fit/pretty and cute! and looks like a kind caring person" ...and stuff like that.
Well...how would you end up asking them out or going out with them? I don't get it, i know i'm only 14 and that...but i'm just wondering, wouldn't it be embarrasing just going up to them and going "Hey, can i have your number?" or "Hey there, your really pretty" ...and then say he/she just walked off.
Cause, all relationships don't start from both people already knowing each other, do they?
Thanks, Merry Christmas everyone, Happy Holidays.

Maybe fourteen is a bit young to be approaching strangers on trains? I think that it's a really, really bad idea. Far better to wait and get to know someone at, say school, or someone who lives in your neighbourhood. Really, really, you're too young to be approaching complete strangers! For God's sake don't! Terrible things have come of people approaching strangers! Better still, isn't there someone at school or a kid that you know and trust in your neighbourhood? If so you should start of with a superfluous question about the school or the weather, or whatever, to get the conversation started, then talk about them, something quite shallow - complementing an item of clothing is always a good thing, if they are reading a book that you have read then it's perfect. It really doesn't matter what you talk about because if it's meant to be then it's meant to be. Never appear too eager! Be cool. People are strange in that they, as we all know, are much more interested in anything that they feel might not be easily attainable to them. If they just walk away then you haven't lost a thing and who cares etcetera etcetera it really doesn't matter and you can try again. Really, really I think that you are too young to be approaching complete strangers though and you really shouldn't . Never, ever. Well, not for four years or so and even then it's unadvisable.
Happy Christmas to you too!

How can anyone look like a kind and caring person just from sitting across from them on a bus or train????????????????
My ex came across as the best caring funny man on the planet to everyone around him, behind closed doors was a very different story.
You'll be saying the same thing in many years to come.
And you can't very well ask them for their number etc.. and who's to say their not wife/girlfriend beaters, been in prison for something major etc... You can't be too careful in situations like this.
All is not always as it seems when you're looking at someone you may fancy, even with the ones you've met a couple of times and spoke to.
It's once you get to know them that you find out all about the real them,at the beginning it's usually all sweetness and light.
Don't get me wrong, there are many nice men/women out there, you just have to be cautious and keep an open mind before you fall head over heels for them.

well there are many way to start a conversation with a stranger...sometimes you could use a line like....excuse me but do you know how much a polar bear weighs...they say no or a lot or nothing but a look... that's when you say enough to break the ice...then introduce your self and impress them with your charm. Good Luck

Merry Chritmas to you
And I think that will be a very dangerous thing to do. World is full of crazy people. You can not tell anything about someone by the way he/she looks like

Well first I don't think it right for you to talk to strangers since you only 14 but I guess I'd just go up and say Hi and walk away or talk about something that you think he/she would like

Make conversation, see if they respond.
"Isn't it crowded", or ask directions or for a recommended shop for ??? something.Make sure you make lots of eye contact.
Not everybody will respond positively so expect a few disappointments.
