After the age of 12 months, but if there is a family history of the allergy then they say to wait until age 2.

No nuts till after they are two. Nits are awesome! They are full of protein and other vitamins and minerals that are essential to growth and development. Plus, they are yummy! Also, I would be careful as they are the perfect size to fit into a child's trachea.
Nut allergies are one of the most common food allergies. They can range from causing hives (harmless) to anaphylaxis (severe, and dangerous). Also, you may only be allergic to one type of nut. For example, someone might be allergic to peanuts, but not chestnuts. Oh, and allergic reactions ALWAYS occur the second time an allergan is introduced. If your child is allergic to nuts, you will not see a reaction the fist time he or she is exposed. They second time they are exposed is when they will have the reaction.
Also, it will not help your child to grow in the sense like, oh they're going to be 6 ft. tall, but they can help them to be healthy and strong!

Haven't heard the nuts help in the growth, but they are very healthy for a child. I wouldn't introduce before 12 months tho just to be sure of allergies.

relies upon on the presents the youngster has or not, above and previous ordinary 3 y/o habit. If the youngster is proficient then you would nicely be waiting to get him/her to comprehend the character and wherefores of meditation. different than that, merely the certainty that he/she's getting into the yoga is a superb difficulty, and it heavily isn't too long until eventually now you 2 are meditating too. i've got not run into too many human beings, not to point 3 y/o's who're waiting to comprehend and execute the innovations of the numerous varieties of meditation, yet merely you would be certain that. would you the two have happiness and its reasons, freedom from suffering and its reasons. _()_

Nuts?? No way. Your child's growth is already decided by his or her's genes. Nothing you can do about it I'm afraid.
