It depends how he says it there are guys that say they are honest and stuff like that but if he seems like a smooth talker he probably wants to get in your pants, but if he asked you out and you say no but you don't know him, and he says the same thing, and you notice he seems alittle nervous like he lost his confidence than more than likely he is telling the truth

Why would you want to judge him? It stands to reason that if a person makes statements to that effect, then the time will come to put up or shut up and in essence, he will provide his own judgement. If you judge him before hand and are wrong you stand to lose the things he states. Unless this person has given you reason by example to not believe, what basis gives you the power to sit in judgement of whether he is sincere or accurate. We all have faults and what makes you so perfect that you can sit above this person as a judge in what he says? In fairness, when the verdict is in, his judgement of you may be that you are not worthy of these qualities and the loss will be yours. What a shame to lose something so valuable because you did not have enough trust or belief in that person. If you have to be a judge then let him be free to find that person that is really worthy of what he has to offer.

look at what he's doing.if a guy has to make a verbal point about having nice qualities and virtues then he must be feeling insecure about them in real life. an honest(responsible, intelligent, rich, etc.) person doesn't care or feel the need to set out and prove that they are. in reality, they are the living proof. the facts speaks for themselves despite what anyone thinks or says. dealing with lies is a headache. just don't expect to be taken cared of by anyone. think and live for your independence so that you wouldn't have to waste time intellectualizing over spurious motives .

People who go around boasting about behing honest, usually aren't.

He says he looks after "all" the responsibilities, then have him list what those are. If it's nothing more than laundry and feeding the dog, then he's stupid.

How can you be "like a queen" when he's not a king?

Why are you believing all these standard lines?

My guess is that whatever he's saying to you is rubbish. And I'm just judging based on how old I think you are...which is based on your bizarre writing skills.
