Electricity supply in Australia is 220-240v, 50hertz (the same as Europe). In the USA it is 110v, 60hertz.

The depth of the water table varies enormously across the country but there is plenty of underground water. You need to get permission to drill.

Things are never counterclockwise in Australia, the term here is anticlockwise. If you mean water going down plugholes, it goes whichever way it likes just as it does in the northern hemisphere.

1) yes, we do have electricity in acdc and in cycles.
2) where in Australia? We are bigger than Europe
3) No - all clocks spin the same here as the world.

May be if you phrase your question is a more comprehensible manner it would help a lot to know what is it the you are asking.
