9, but he was not convicted of each one then got the other meaning he got one conviction then later got arrested for it again then before he went to trial he got arrested again and again and so on. He ended up with 9 convictions when everything was said and done.
That is someone I personally have knowledge of from my days as a sheriff's deputy so I know it is true.
I have heard stories of a guy with 13, but did not know if they are confirmed.

I was researching that very subject in the State of Illinois and found one woman with 13 DUI convictions along with 8 driving on a revoked 2 driving on suspended, and did a total of 6 months county jail time.

WOW- Look at all those numbers, Ghost! Unbelievable! I was going to say in the town I live in, many of the dudes I grew up with drive a bicycle, and I know of one that has had at least 7. I know a guy that got busted for driving under the influence on his bicycle, got throw in jail, and then, when they let him out, they made him pay a buck for a bicycle license. I don't think the Police liked him very well. Have a good day!

In WV, a few months ago, a drunk driver crossed the median, hit two vehicles head-on. One of those was a van with a family of 6 in it...the van caught fire and all of them died including four small children. One person was seriously injured in the other vehicle.
It was discovered that the drunk driver had six DUI convictions in West Virginia and four more in Pennsylvania. He had fraudulently recieved a Pennsylvania license after his WV one had been revoked.
