Check out bbc weather web site. Gives you a 5 day forecast if you put in the post code of where you'll be going. I'm in the Manchester area and as of yesterday, it said heavy rain for us on Christmas Day.

Actually, I've just checked for you - for Christmas Day Carlisle says light rain, and Blackpool says light rain - rainy city Manchester still saying heavy rain! Merry Christmas.
