is was called a "conscientious student" in my progress report for WAC. i looked it up, but im still unsure of whether it's a good or bad thing.

A very good thing you should be proud!!

They were saying that you tried your best & were aware of the things needing to be done & cared about them. Not just along for the ride so to speak!!!

It means that you are caring, considerate, and thoughtful. "Conscientious" comes from "conscience," and they are saying that you have one. That's definitely a good thing!
