So the translation would be: yes, no more
Although "NO" is used for both English no and not the context determines the how it is translated
For example:
Si, no tanto (female tanta)
yes, not much
Si, no mucho (female mucha)
yes, not many
if something ends with 'A' it is feminine any thing else would be masculine. Also Si can be use for if or yes depending on the context.

As noted, the fuller context would help.
si means if, but sí (with an accent for emphasis) means yes.
So:
si no mas - if not more
sí, no mas - yes, no more

well si means yes,then no is obvious after that mas means more but it dosen't make much sence.
