I have several in my mind:
1) "Voyagers!". Oh, I wish, I wish I have an omni. It's flashing red! Let's fix history!
2) "Back to the future". When will they build Flying De Lorean and Hoverboard for real?!
3) "Quantum Leap". Dr. Beckett rules!
What else then? Anything to add on this list? And why do you love that Time Travel?

Voyagers! I used to watch that. Poor Jon Erik Hexum! So sad!
Quantum Leap and Back To The Future are great choices.
Here are some of my faves:
The Terminator movies
Planet Of The Apes (The original with Charleton Heston)
Army Of Darkness
A Christmas Carol (in all of its versions)
Cheesy movies about time travel that I still like anyway:
Bill And Ted's Excellent Adventure
The Langoliers (A Stephen King novel/ TV miniseries)
Peggy Sue Got Married

I have to say you selected a very nice list indeed. Quantum Leap was a personal favorite and I have watched the Back to the Future and sequels a number of times. I would also add to this an oldie but goodie "Dark Shadows" which was done in the late 60's and 70's it was a "dark" soap opera with vampires and werewolves and devil worshipers that travel from past, present, and future. It used to be on SciFi channel a few years back, I wish they would start it up again.
Why do I love time travel? Hmmm, well you can fix mistakes (like in Back to the Future) and you can improve your future - how cool is that?

All the ones you mention are classics. Sliders, which someone else mentioned, is not technically time travel.
Time Cop, the movie but not the series.
The current Journeyman is excellent
Time Tunnel is a classic although a bit dated if you saw it these days
