well, I'm no expert, but how often have you been exercising?
if not very often, most likely the lactic acids in your muscles are making them soar, or "painful."

For the person starting the exercise newly ,or after some gap, there is bound to be some pain for few days. It will disappear by itself.

Reduce the time of exercises and increase it slowly slowly weak after weak and have nutritious diet and have a glass of luck warm milk after the exercise

well is common after exercise it pains and u feel tired, it pains that because u reduce some weight, if your pains r server then do your exercise slowly don't do vigorously, well even i do go to gym i do get pains.
