Wow That Is Gonna Be HARD!
Ok So Heres Some Ideas, If Your Parents Let You Have Boyfriends And Let You Go On Dates Just Tell The Guy That He Has To Act Like He Is In 9th Grade...
If Your Parents DONT Let You Go On Dates And They Let You Go To Your Friends Houses Tell Them HE Is YOUR AGE.
If None OfThe Above Works Then Just Tell Them The Truth Because They Can't Stop You From Who You Love...

If you really like spending time with the guy, and you know he's a decent sort of person, maybe spend some time with him beforehand and then gradually introduce him to your parents. Trust builds over time, so even though your parents might not like the idea, if he constantly and consistently shows he's a responsible boyfriend then they'll come to accept him.
Maybe you should avoid telling them whose house it is you're going to, just for the moment, or if that's not possible arrange to meet him at the mall or somewhere you can both get to and get home from. Good luck, then. And always think of the big picture!

Best not to go to his house but rather meet in a public place. Your parents will be justified in not letting you go to his house especially if his parents are not home. If the parents are home then ask your parents if you can go and let them know you will not be alone. If they have a rule about not dating until you are 16 then they may not budge on that so say no.

just tell them the truth. It depends on your parents but it is better to try and have an open conversation with them about these upcoming years so you have someone to talk to about things. Believe me things are going to get more difficult soon and you are going to not know the answers more and more I PROMISE. So at least maybe your mom? Just say you want to go hang out with this boy and he is fun.

Wellll.... since he's older they may have qualms about letting you go hang out with him. You might be better off asking him to come to your place instead, or to go out somewhere so your parents arent suspicious that he is trying to just get you into bed or something.

you prolly dk how to ask yr parents because you know that they will disapprove. why is that? because they know that there is too much possibility for something to go wrong, and you are too young. trust your feelings, have your crush from a distance, and watch him to learn more about him as a person.

your parents will probably want to meet both him and his parents first. also, your parents will probably feel better if his parents are at home while you're over there.
If he's a good guy. he'll understand. you might have to plan a meet and greet before you're allowed to hang out.
