Yea, always. A friend of mine studying to be a nurse said it has to do with blood flow constriction. Hot shower and ibuprofen usually helps.

Yes, those are classic symptoms of tension headaches. If you can, try putting some heat on your neck/shoulders and that should bring you some relief.

Yes its normal, at the pharmacy the have over the counter medicine. Its called alieve tension headachs. Trust me Ive had them and its the only thing that worked for me.

yeah, i think that's pretty common. a muscle relaxer (Doan's over-the-counter sometimes is enough) helps, both with the neck/back and with the headache itself. ice packs also help stop the muscle spasms, although it's not much fun putting a cold pack on a sore muscle, i know.
