what is more like the seals sbs or sas?

i also like to know what works abroad more and who has more action. out of all 3 please.

SAS are the best they see the most action !!!

The Seals and SAS Are more alike.
The Seals are more "flexible" meaning they can be deployed anywhere in the world withing 48 hours or less, of course I'm sure that the SAS could be too, but are mostly used locally and to fight PIRA and local terrorists and such but do see plenty of oversea deployments.

The SEALs are more "global" than the SAS and in terms of training it is VERY similar, actually the SAS and SEALs often train together sharing ideas and tactics, they are practically overseas equals and have great respect for one another.

The SAS has more experience as far as real action goes, not saying SEALs don't have any, they get PLENTY, but just not as much as the SAS guys.

The SBS is kinda just like the Seals, but without all the flexibility and such they mostly stick to boats, literally, they give backup to police forces and protect VIP's, they are pretty much as well trained as the SEALs and SAS, but thier role in combat it much different.

SAS=Experience
SEALs=Flexibility
SBS=Boats and maritime combat

The SBS do a lot more you don't hear about as they do a lot of policing in British waters. They also did a lot in Iraq but the public hear the words "UK special forces" and assume its the SAS.
