My long-term boyfriend's grown daughter never says hello or talks to me whenever she comes over to her boyfriend's house to chit chat with him when I'm there. Nevertheless, I found out from my boyfriend that she made me a Christmas present that I'm not supposed to know about. I asked him why she did that when she never pays attention to me anyway, and he wouldn't say anything.

He has no respect for you or he would not allow her to never speak to you.
She must have made the gift because he told her she had to give you something, and she didn't want to spend money on you.
Since he allows this behavior I'd suggest you lose him unless you want to live with this forever. Trust me, it only gets worse with time.

Well, just be happy that she got you something! Maybe she secretly likes you, but is just not used to you yet, just maybe a little more time? Try not to pry that much.

Why don't you marry? do you like her? if you marry her dad & if you like her she will feel much more comfortable about your relationship
