I'm going to cook Rod for Christmas because Ron Wood's coming round for dinner,but I want to wait until we've finished eating then tell him who he's just eaten.So if Rod's going out,I want him to go out in style,that's why I need an interesting recipe.

plenty of root vegtables you might have to grill rod first on a spit all that old meat a bit tough x

i would imagine even the best cuts would be tough and chewy so i would say a slow braise in a medium/low oven for 4 hours.
