Tell her, in a respectful way, that YOU are dating the women, not her, so it should be YOUR choice. :)

I think you need to ask yourself why you're excluding girls of your own ethnicity from your "list."
You're not even giving millions of girls a chance with you, and who knows - one of them may be just perfect for you.
Would you want to be eliminated from consideration by any girl solely because of YOUR race?
Your mom's reaction is natural, and the way you feel today is subject to change as you get older.
She understands that cultural and ethnic differences can be very difficult to overcome in relationships, and she does have your best interests in mind.
You might want to think about opening up to girls of ALL ethnicities. Women the world over have the same qualities men desire in girls, regardless of their skin color.
For now, why don't you think about developing some friendships and dating some Korean girls? This would take some of the heat off from your mom, show her that you respect her, and who knows - the perfect girl for you may be someone you least expect.
Good luck!

If you're a kid living it at home, I'd suggest that you avoid the subject, but tell her that you have the right to date a girl of any race if she insists on raising the issue. If you're an adult, I'd suggest that you be totally unequivocal and unapologetic about telling her that you can date any female with whom you have a mutual attraction.

You can say-"Mom i love you,but if you want me to be happy, you have got to let me pick and choose who i want to be with." Most good moms want their kids to be happy.Even tho there are a lot of ppl in the world, you wont have that many chances at love.Stick with what you like.

You dont have to explain yourself to her. You like who you like and you cant help it. Tell her to accept it. She doesnt have to date them so why does it bother her. I'm dating someone outside of my race now so I know how it feels.
