They have the Air Force Base in Niagara Falls, A Coast Guard Unit, and a National Guard Amory.

Just like any other major, big city, That is the same with Buffalo with military presence. Sometimes you know they are there, sometimes you don't. The Air Force base is small so it might be harder to get than other Air Force bases like Nellis or Davis Monthan (Tucson).

But Buffalo is nice to live, well not in but maybe around. There is Canada, and they get tons of snow.

Quite a few. Since the attack on America of September 11, 2001 the Air Guard base at Niagara Falls has become one which guards the skies under Operation Noble Eagle. Operational tempo at all Air Guard and Air Force Reserve bases has increased since that attack. We are at war.

You don't have the need to know.....If you want those numbers you need to enlist and go there.
