I would rather live my life believing in God, and die to find out there is no God.
Than to live my life not believing in God, and die to find out there is God

Thank you for giving me this opportunity to share.
First, I need to point out that I was NOT raised in a "Christian" home. As Orthodox Jews, we were always taught that Jesus was a liar, a blasphemer, a deceiver, and above all else, very definitely dead.
In my mid 20's, when I was facing a crisis in my life due to involvement in a lifestyle of drugs, alcohol, cigs, et cetera, someone asked if he could pray for me.
I finally said ok to that, thinking that talking to a dead man won't do anything.
Well, Bryan prayed, and God answered, and the Lord gave me a full-on revelation that Jesus truly IS the Messiah my people had been waiting for all these years! It was as though ever cell in my body reverberated with this message!
After enough of the shock of this new revelation wore off enough for me to respond, all I could say was "ih - oh - uh - ok".
The moment I said "ok", the Lord commenced cleaning up my life, getting rid of the drugs and their effects. This took place in a moment of time! (Wellllll, maybe 3 seconds.)
I literally FELT the drugs leaving my body, and the forgiveness of God flowing through me. Drugs, cigarettes, booze, and swearing all just disappeared out of my life!
After a couple of minutes, I heard a voice tell me that I would never turn on again, and when I looked around, I realized that whatever crowds had been there before, had all disipated and I was alone. I KNEW that was Jesus speaking to me in an audible voice!
Since then, I have never been the same. He totally turned my life around and changed me forever!
I tell skeptics that once you actually meet Someone, you can no longer deny His existence. I MET Jesus, and He has adopted me into His Forever Family, and I will NEVER be the same.
Again, thank you for the opportunity to share what God has done in my life.
God bless you :)

I'm a Christian because I believe what the Bible says to be true. I believe that Jesus Christ, (God in the flesh) came to earth, and died on a cross for our sins, and that He rose again from the dead, and that we, also will be raised from the dead, through Him. That He is the Son of God, and also God Himself. I believe in the Triune God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and that these three persons make up one Godhead. I believe that Jesus will come again, just like He promised, and take away all who believe in Him to eternal life. I believe everything He said and did were true. Jesus is the "Way, the Truth, and the Life." I Love Him and follow Him because He loved me first. My prayer is that everyone be saved by His wonderful grace, and I will tell everyone I know, and everyone I don't know about Him, so that they may have a chance at eternal life. God Bless

So that I can eat from the tree of life and not the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
John 11:25,26 Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this?
2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.

Because I choose to be.
Lots of reasons for that, but in the end it boils down to my choice.

I'm with you. Also, I believe the spirit of Christ lives in my heart, and that keeps me with an optomistic attitude.

That's right shawn. If this is all there is to life I will check out now. But I believe someone almighty created us and he said he loves us and I want to obey him and live in a different world someday. One where there is only happiness and a reason to live. I'm so happy that my Father sent someone to redeem us back to him. His only begotten Son, which is part of him. How much more loving can you get. I BELIEVE .,........I BELIEVE........I BELIEVE........I BELIEVE........I BELIEVE......I BELIEVE......I BELIEVE......I BELIEVE.......I BELIEVE......I BELIEVE.....I BELIEVE......I SAID.....I BELIEVE
