Life in this world is, as it were, a sojourn in a cave. What can we know of reality? For all we can see of the true nature of existence is, shall we say, no more than bewildering and amusing shadows cast upon the inner wall of the cave by the unseen blinding light of absolute truth, from which we may or may not deduce some glimmer of veracity, and we as troglodyte seekers of wisdom can only lift our voices to the unseen and say humbly "Go on, do deformed rabbit again.....it's my favourite".

We are the ones who can choose whether or not to exist in the cave... It actually tends to be the people living in sunlight who spend so much time thinking about the cave; the ones inside know of no other reality, but we can see more than just one way.
My entertainment most certainly does not involve deformed rabbits though =/
Seriously, no idea what you meant by that...

I agree. The minute we start preaching of this truth or that, we find ourselves in the Dogmatic position.

Individual interpretation is the only reality any individual can know and arguing about it from this perspective, seems pointless.

Taking a humble "we don't know what the hel* is going on" approach leaves the mind just open enough to refine our approximations.

Sounds like you have been reading Socrates / Plato....

Life is what you make of it, what you think it is, you see and create your own reality.

Plato.

Way ahead of his time. He would of loved The Matrix.
