the post office will allow you to buy a money order with your visa DEBIT card
I suppose the same thing with mastercard
but you have to use the DEBIT option only.
i dont buy money orders anyplace else
so I cant speak to that
try walmart
I would assume the answer is no but I am not sure about every place

Check the post office i know some that take a debit card and if you have a pin you should be able to use it.Not all post offices have a debit card machine and i would check with the post office.

No. I tried to get a money order with a Visa Check Card, and they (Winn-Dixie) told me that I had to use paper cash.

NO. They want money for it, because it's too easy to defraud them with a stolen card or cancel the card or say the transaction is phony after you get your money.
