I know have a problem i feel that i have created and the more i try to get it out of my head - the more i think about it!

I feel i suffer from some form of obsession disorder - but i dont feel it is that serious. Can anyone suggest some help for the problem i have created?!

Maybe you should fill your head with positive affirmations, this will eliminate the negatives. Think of all the great qualities you do have. We all have greatness, but for some reason we only think about the qualities we are not happy with. You have so much to offer anyone and so much to be grateful for. Try this 20 minute miracle...it works for me every time and it's free!

A lot of men have this problem. You start evaluating how you're doing, and then you start observing what you're doing, and then you're no longer feeling it.

Instead of observing, just enjoy. When you masturbate, make a conscious decision not to worry, just explore what feels good. As thoughts come, acknowledge them and then let them go. You might look into some sites on how to meditate: the principles are the same. Or check out the book, "ESO - Extended Sexual Orgasm" which will teach you exercises to enjoy sex more.

If you only feel this way about sexually related issues, it could be some sort of sexual disorder that you may want to look into, however...

This also makes me thing of obsessive compulsive disorder, in which you cannot control your thoughts, and may be thinking of things that are disturbing and/or things that you don't want to be thinking about. Just something to keep in mine/look into.

Good luck!
